A: Technically, we are not "only open by appointment." If you happen to catch us while we are in the building, you are more than welcome to stop in.  If you want to be sure that we will be there, then it's best to set a meeting time. The reason for not having standard open hours is pretty simple.  Open hours cost our customers money. There is quite a bit of overhead tied to a store having open hours. Most of the time, the employees sit around trying to find something to do. There is an additional cost for utilities and other expenses. We would rather pass those savings on to our customers through much lower prices. Another added benefit of the appointment model is the customer gets one on one attention from our salesperson. Some people don't like "testing" out mattresses in front of strangers.

It starts with the answer above. In addition, we leverage some partnerships in the mattress industry that allow us to buy at volume discount. This allows us to offer the best of both worlds—a mom-and-pop store experience with rock-bottom pricing.

A: Absolutely. Everything we sell is new, directly from the factory.  We get some closeouts from different manufacturers, but even those are brand new, still in plastic.

A. Most of them are made locally in NC and northern GA. We also get some from Florida and California. Everything is American made!

A. No, there is not a credit check for our 90 day payment plan. The process to get enrolled is pretty simple, but it does require a bank account.
